I have successfully completed over 210 Request for Proposal Statements (RFPS) issued by the US Federal Government, US Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR)/STTR Phase I and II Grants, GSA Contract  and for US Agencies  including, but not limited to  DHS, DOD, GSA, Department of Agriculture, Department of Transportation, and  numerous US counties. 

Additionally, I have responded to RFPS issued by Care, SAVE the Children, and UNICEF.  I have also worked on RFPs of up to 15M.

• Sourcing RFP Opportunities - I offer assistance in sourcing Request for Proposal (RFP)  contract opportunities for US-based clients (SAM.gov, GSA,).

• Manage and update entity/company registrations in SAM, SBA, GSA, and state and local client systems.

• Interview SMEs to gather relevant information for compelling and compliant responses, update resumes, detail past performances, and craft other proposal components. Utilize previous proposals or the proposal library to initiate drafts. 

• I will draft, edit, format, and manage the proposal process from end to end, ensuring the Technical and Financial Proposals are completed . To complete the technical and financial proposals, as it might be required; I will prepare a project plan, draft a project schedule, review and update CVs, create Gantt charts, design flow charts, draft cover letter and transmittal letter, and complete all bid and pre-qualification questionnaires. 

• Utilize Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS-NG), Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), Small Business Administration (SBA), Government Service Administration (GSA) schedules effectively

• Business Management (Forecasts, Planning, Execution and Evaluation).

I  am Familiar  with FAR and DFAR, and versed with the  U.S. Government contracting processes, including general knowledge of Federal Government contract types (IDIQ, FFP, T&M, CPFF).

UK tender experience: . I have recently submitted bids for HS2 Rolling Stock (£2.75M) and NHS  Western & Wales (£4M framework). My previous projects included the successful PQQ for HS2 Rail Systems (Lots 1 and 2 - £1.9M) and the winning bids for Network Rail CP6 Central Track Alliance (£1.5M).
